*Ground shipping within 4 to 8 business days *All of our larger furniture items such as Beds, Sofas, Dressers, Dining Tables, Chairs, etc will ship directly from our vendor warehouse. Vendor ship times may vary. Please allow 3-6 weeks for delivery. We can only provide you with an estimated ship time and we can not guarantee arrival day or time of your merchandise. We will do our best to keep you updated.
We DO NOT issue In-Store or Online purchases Cash or Credit refunds. ALL RETURNS & EXCHANGES WILL BE ISSUED AS A STORE CREDIT. Store credits are offered for up to 48 hours from delivery date. Merchandise must be in the same condition as received and a receipt of purchase must be provided to qualify. After your order has been placed & for some reason an item is Out of Stock or Discontinued you are eligible for a full refund. After your order is placed & vendor acknowledges that there is a back order on an item we will contact you to see if you would like to proceed with the order. Once you confirm that you would like to proceed items that are back ordered ARE NOT eligible for a refund. Customers are responsible for all RETURN/EXCHANGE/CANCELLATION SHIPPING cost. SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES ARE NOT SUBJECT TO REFUND We cannot return or refund items for buyers remorse. Please note, any orders that are in a transit status cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged. ANY ORDER THAT STATES THAT IT WAS DELIVERED WILL NOT BE REPLACED DUE TO NON-DELIVERY. XCLUSIV HOME DECOR & FURNISHINGS is NOT RESPONSIBLE for packages that state they have been DELIVERED by the carrier. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must contact the DELIVERY CARRIER directly.
If for any reason you would like to cancel your order, please contact us via email xclusivhomedecor@gmail.com immediately/within 24 hours of purchase. Orders can only be canceled or edited if they are not in processing. Just so you know most orders are in processing within 8 hours of purchase. Cancellation requests are not a guarantee, as our cancellation system will not allow items to be canceled once they are preparing for shipment. Any orders that are in a transit status cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged. Any cancellations made after 24 hours will be assessed a 40% restocking fee (which will be deducted from original form of payment). We know how frustrating a damaged or defective item can be. You must contact us about any damaged or defective item within 48 hours of the delivery date to qualify for a resolution of the issue. We reserve the right to refuse to service any damaged or defective item reported more than 48 hours after the delivery date.
All of our items are available to ship within the United States. Additional shipping charges may apply for Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories
Yes! In Store pickup is available on some items within 3 to 5 days after the purchase date. Depending on your shipping address we will contact you after your order is placed to let you know if your order is eligible for In Store pickup.
